Mine are:-
1) Shock ‘em dead (it is badly acted, thinly veiled softcore that has been severly beaten with the heavy metal cliche stick!!!)
2) Van Helsing , great effects but nothing else.
3) Sunshine, flat ending and 2D Characters.
4) Diehard (1,2 3 and 4) Bruce Willis as an action hero.
5) Nightmare on Elmstreet part 5. urgh how sick of freddie can one get?
6) War of the worlds. It should have been great but was disapointing.
7) Mission impossible – too hyped.
Blair Witch project. Dulux paint is more intriguing.
9) A few good men. Overated court room drama.
10)A Letter from Death row, written by Brett Michaels, staring Brett Michaels, soundtrack by Brett Michaels…. I cant say a single good thing about this film. He really should stick to singing.

I’m looking for a scary, non-human vs human horror movie (ie: Nightmare on Elmstreet) that’s really creepy and will give you scares before you go to bed.

I was wanting to get some good horror movies, but I was wanting to get some suggestions first. I want movies that are more realistic, I like movies such as Halloween and Friday The 13th, but they aren’t scary cause you know it’s all staged. I want some that will keep me at the edge of my seat. So name your top five favorites not including Halloween, Friday The 13th, Scream, Nightmare on Elmstreet and those kinds.

Since I was a child in the 80’s I really want to collect movies from that era that I equate to my childhood as well as others of all kinds and was curious what others would say are “must haves!” I’m already thinking Short Curcuit, Batteries not Included, ET, Labyrinth, Nightmare on Elmstreet etc. etc. What’s your favorites??
