No! i think it looks cool and i’d never imagine him doing a role like this but when you think about, he might be pretty good for it, but you know every actor has a bad movie or two
Yes it’s called Public Enemies. It’s the story of John Dillinger and it looks freaking amazing! And no I don’t think it is a step down. He did another crime drama before..Donnie Brasco and it was very successful and I thought he was brilliant in it.
No, i dont. But im worried he might not be good, but if he dose well, i will like him even more, because he can play different roles then just creepy people…who are somewhat insane lol

No. Its not like its a freaking spoof movie or anything. Its still a credible role. I’ve heard he is incredible in the role anyway.
It doesn’t matter what Johnny does anyway, he’s always good.
He could play a freaking black 80 year old lesbian and he’d still pull it off.
No, he is a character actor and I’m sure he wanted to work with director Micheal Mann plus Dillinger is a famous criminal character.If you look at Depps movies he always plays weird or different characters.Some actually normal.
I don’t think so. I think he’s just very versatile. I haven’t seen too many previews, but i think the movie looks pretty good, and I’m sure that his quality acting will make the movie all the better.
A step down from what…fruity pirate or fruity candy maker? If the movie is well written, it could be a very good role.
