A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET. Well, I think it was modeled after Freddy from Elm Street 4, I don’t know that for sure, but it looks like that to me. The reason why I call it a display mask is because although it is an actual rubber mask, it is very small. I certainly could not get it on my head. The mask is made out of thick rubber and measures about 15″ tall, 9″ wide from ear to ear and about 11 from the back of the head to the tip of the nose. I have used it as a display piece. He mask is in overall excellent condition, but there are a few tiny rub marks in the paint, which are hardly noticeable. These marks are above the right eyebrow and are about an 1/8 inch long. Look at the 2. Photos to see them. They could easy be touched up with some flesh paint from an art store, they never bothered me enough to do it myself. The rest of the mask is excellent as you can see from the photos. No tears, rotting or any other kind of problems. And if you are wondering why white shows through the eye holes, that is because I have a Styrofoam wig head in there. The inside is hollow just like any other mask. I will include the stand.
